We are a small, local firm providing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax solutions for individuals and businesses in the Fox Valley and surrounding communities.
Being a small firm, we are able to provide personal service to each customer and are driven by our core values of honesty, integrity, and fairness.

Carissa Franzmeier
Lynn joined the Reliance Accounting and Tax Services team in December of 2024 as our Office Administrator. She brings a wealth of experience in office administration, client relations, and leadership.
Lynn works part-time on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to provide excellent on-site customer service and does all of the heavy lifting with customer services, appointment scheduling, billing, and keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. She keeps the entire team organized and running on-track.
Lynn lives here in Appleton with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking trips to check out state parks, and anything outdoors.

Carissa joined our team as a Bookkeeping Support Specialist in July of 2024. She brings a strong educational background, having graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's in Education and a minor in Science.
Though her love for education has always been present, Carissa discovered a passion for data collection, inspired by fond memories of working with her grandfather, who was a bank president in Minneapolis. Her keen attention to detail and love for organization make her a great asset to our team.
Recently relocating to Menasha, Carissa is excited about this new opportunity, which allows her to balance her career while being more present with her daughters. In her free time, she enjoys working on house projects, going for walks, gardening, and catching up with friends, all while keeping up with her two young daughters.

Lindsay is the owner of Reliance Accounting and Tax Services, LLC. She graduated from the Fox Valley Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting and received her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Accounting at Lakeland University.
Upon graduating, she found her true passion in taxes and obtained her Enrolled Agent credential with the IRS. She decided to make the jump into starting her own small practice and started Reliance Accounting and Tax Services in 2017.
Lindsay has gained practical experience in the accounting and tax industry working with various accounting and tax firms, as an Accounting Assistant with St. Francis Xavier Catholic Schools in Appleton, as a Tax Researcher for the National Association of Tax Professionals, and continues to be part of the Succentrix Business Advisors team providing Tax Support services to other accountants and tax professionals by providing tax research and return reviews.
Lindsay has also served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer at Community Benefit Tree, a local nonprofit helping families navigate medical crises.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with her cats Pickles, Skwarebukl, and Pepe. She is always up for the opportunity to walk in the woods, cast a fishing line, kayak, and has found a love of camping. Additionally, she enjoys working in her vegetable gardening and occasionally trying her hand at artistic endeavors like painting.
